It has been used in Middle Eastern and Asian traditions for centuries, valued for its wide-ranging health properties from immune support to skin health. A 100ml bottle lasts around two to three weeks at one to two teaspoons daily. The 500ml bottle typically lasts ten to fourteen weeks. Stored properly, the oil maintains its potency throughout.
