Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can, but please act quickly! Once your order has been prepared, bottled, and shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancellations.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We offer next-day delivery with DPD for orders placed before 11 AM, Monday through Thursday. If your order is over £80, shipping is free; otherwise, it’s a flat rate of £5.95.
Please note that orders placed after 11 AM on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

How do I return an item?
At Mercy Oil, each product is bespoke, prepared, bottled, and labelled specifically for you to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Because of this, and in line with our commitment to sustainability and zero waste, we do not accept returns.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as a mistake on our part or a damaged item, we’ll sort it out immediately. Please contact us, and we’ll make it right.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
At Mercy Oil, we are committed to providing products that cater to various dietary preferences. All of our products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, with the exception of our Capsule Range.
The capsules contain Halal gelatin, which is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
