Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return your item(s). This helps us prepare for your return and offer any assistance.

Check your products are unopened with seals intact. Due to the precious nature of our organic extracts, we can only accept unopened products for hygiene and quality reasons.

Return within 14 days of notifying us. Please pack items carefully and obtain proof of postage – we recommend tracked delivery for your protection.

  • Return shipping: Please cover return postage costs
  • Processing time: Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receipt
  • Original shipping: We refund the product cost (original shipping charges are non-refundable)

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit. Please ensure items are well-packaged and consider insurance for valuable orders.

Our products are crafted in small batches using precious organic plant extracts. Once opened, we cannot guarantee their purity or resell them – it wouldn't be fair to you or other customers. This policy helps us maintain our high standards while reducing waste and keeping prices fair. We really don't like waste, and we'd all agree that respecting and conserving these precious resources is best for everyone and our planet.
