Cold-pressed black seed, the oil we have pressed in London since 1991, nothing added.
The surface shows what the body is doing underneath, so skin is fed from within first. Thymoquinone lowers the inflammation and oxidative stress that leave skin dull and reactive, so taken daily it is the foundation the surface work is built on.
One teaspoon in a little warm water thirty minutes before food, in the morning.

This is the one for the skin itself. Black seed, milk thistle and black grape feed and repair the skin, wild nettle calms it when it is reactive, and lavender settles it, all in a base that absorbs below the surface rather than sitting on top. It is excellent on dry patches, on feet and heels, and anywhere the skin runs rough.
Warm a little in the palms and work it into the skin after a shower, wherever it runs dry or dull.
